It is quite common for me to be surrounded on all sides by enormous amounts of work on my desk and a calendar with commitments. It is at such times that I recognize, I am up against a big common enemy and it is the enemy of time management.
This is a common scenario leading to stress, decreased productivity, and an imbalanced work-life, which is faced by many of us every day. Here are the steps I would suggest to you, if you want to eliminate procrastination:

As it turns out, taking regular short pauses is the be-all and end-all of the situation, if you want to get your work done in time and stay in a good frame of mind. Research indicates that taking short breaks every 90 minutes can improve focus and energy levels.
